@Vess Jimenez welcome to BP-KC is a great market. SFR BRRRRs have been a bit tougher to find these days. The prices have increased to a point that which completing this strategy is somewhat difficult - margins are just too thin. You're better off finding something that is close to move in ready (unless you're doing commercial or larger multifamily).

@Vess Jimenez

We focus on turnkey in Kansas City and we have had great success in our market. The most important factor is finding a good company to partner with in a strong market. Review their policies and check to see if they have good in-house property management. A good company in a strong market should be able to offer inventory with safe and consistent returns. If you have any further questions feel free to reach out to me.

@Vess Jimenez welcome. Turnkey you want to go straight ot the TK provider, no agent. SF the agent depends on where  you want to invest. What part of KCMO are you looking to invest in?
