Investing in Cleveland Ohio

Does anybody have any experience investing in Cleveland?  Im really liking the price to rent ratios there.  Are there things I should be looking out for before pulling the trigger? Bad neighborhoods, section 8, crime etc?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.  Im looking to buy a few multi family properties.
