there is a problem with our real estate education

anyways im worried i will just end up wasting my time and money through trail and error going from one real estate mortgage related school to the next you see i am trying to get experience to be a mortgage underwriter for mortgage pools and learn about the servicing of mortgage pools but the problem is the lack of training to those who have instructors who clearly have very little knowledge despite the critism i will recieve they lack the proper understanding of how documents are created and the function of the varies kinds of documents that are created

Well, that’s a pretty specialized area....most mortgage related schools are to become a loan officer.  I’m thinking those are more on the job training, with a basic underlying education, rather than a specific classroom type education. 

Maybe @Ron S. could shed some light.
