Need suggestions for good property management conferences!

Hi all! I’ve just recently gotten my real estate license, and I am managing ~70 properties for a great partnership. I absolutely love doing this, but I’m looking for some advice on good property management conferences I could attend. I feel like some networking and education would help me run things a little smoother. Any advice from people who have attended a conference like this?
