Starting Out Later in Life

I'm a new Investor in my early 60's, deciding which niche of the market to jump in to. I'm open to about anything right now, but being as I don't have the luxury of decades to grow a business, what can I do to get myself established quickly?

The stability and cash flow of a buy and hold property is pretty incredible at any age - we're building our retirement out of those kinds of properties and at 60 there's no reason you couldn't do the same.

Our Short Term Rentals have also been getting great returns and are pretty fun to run if you enjoy hospitality and travel.

Best of luck deciding, let me know if you need someone to bounce ideas off of here in Seattle!
