How to better utilize my VA loan.

Good afternoon,

I'm a veteran who wants to make use of VA loan to start off my RE investing career. I would like to ask you guys about your opinion on how I can better utilize my VA loan. I have always thought about starting my career as a wholesaler. Would it be best to wholesale my first purchase or buy a house and rent the remaining rooms?

@Ralph Ramos you should start by buying a property with your VA loan! That loan is an incredible tool in your investing tool belt. I had a client recently close a duplex in LaGrange, IL, and I was blown away by how cheap 100% financing is for veterans. I would skip the wholesaling craze and start being an investor right away.
