Expense of Mentorship Program...were we dooped?
My wife and I signed up for a real estate Investment training/mentorship program (Will to Win), which cost of 41k for the diamond elite package. We recently paid an additional 46k for 1-on-1 coaching/mentorship with some of their top investors for 1 year. We are able to get the 46k back if we cancel the 1-on-1 coaching today. Did we get dooped? If you were us, what would you do?

@Britton Anderson if you had almost $100K, why didn’t you buy some property? Or partner with people who needed capital?
