Online tenant screening companies

HI everyone! My husband are just starting out on this REI journey and getting ready to rent the other half of our duplex (we live in the bottom unit) Looking for advice about which online screening and rent collection company we should use? We are looking at Cozy.co but would like to hear others' opinions.

I use Zillow rent manager. They charge $29 to my tenant for their credit report and background check. I’ve had no complaints with them. Good luck!

We just used Cozy.co for a potential tenant background and credit check. We loved it. It was easy and immediately notified us when the potential tenants results were ready.
