How to get better leads

Besides driving for dollars, sending post cards and letters. What is another best way to generate leads ?

Expand your network. Find other people that spend the money and negotiate those leads to find you the deals. A few include REIs, Google, BP, Agents, etc. Add everyone that can find you what you're looking for.

@Whitney Alexander you can try Listsouce for pulling out a list. I have been using them for quite a long time and so far I'm happy with the response rate. They got many filter options and you can filter by property type, household age, equity, last market sale date and many more. Feel free to message me if you need any help!
