House hacking with no credit

I’m 19 years old and have wanted to invest in real estate for years and I’m finally getting started. I would like to start out by house hacking but the problem is I don’t see a bank lending me any money or anyone for that matter. I just got a new car co-signed with my dad so I will start getting credit, but I also haven’t had a job for more than a year and from what I’ve read a lender is gonna look at my past 2 years of tax returns. Basically what I’m asking is if there is anyway for me to get financed without having to wait another year or so?

You are 19 with no credit and no job. Why would someone,i.e. a bank, give you money? You can't house hack without any money. Even if your dad laid out some credit and downpayment, what about repairs? All young people who want to be a real estate investor have to build their lives first, you don't get a shortcut of someone handing you money when you have no income and no credit. Build it up for a few years and slowly learn more.
