New to the real estate world and looking for valuable input
Hello everyone. My name is Steven and I reside in Southwest Louisiana. I am in the beginning stages of getting into the the process, strategies, etc., of entering the rental property ownership world and getting into the wholesale sector. When I say the beginning stages, I mean I'm in the beginning stages of educating myself, networking with others, and looking for real valuable information that will aid me in making well informed and educated decisions.
