You don't need to work for free lol. If you want to work on our demo team you could. We are demoing a ton of houses this spring and summer. You learn a lot about real estate, meet a lot of investors who we are doing work for, and you'd be working directly for me. I flipped about 30 houses in the last few years and do a few a year. Let me know if it might interest you. I'd have to check the laws on you being 17. I have a crew that works tightly together for all of our demo and clean outs in columbus.
