Best way to get into house hacking?

Hello, I’m new to the site.

I’ve been wanting to house hack here in south Florida.

I’m still a newbie and would love for some advise.

I do own a house that I’m leasing rent to own in another state but I’m wanting to expand and learn more.

I don’t know which loan would be best in my situation. I would appreciate any advice or knowledge.

Thank you

Hey @Jordan Soto, yes, house hacking with FHA is totally doable and I've helped quite a few investors do that here in South Florida. (Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and Lake Worth areas mostly.) You definitely need some cash saved up for closing costs AND the down payment. And then, get to know the areas you're looking at. The competition can be fierce... yes, even with Covid19... so it pays to be ready!
