Working with a wholesaler and got leads, now what?
Its been awhile since I even thought about getting back into anything to do with real estate due to family health issues and now Covid. During the past 6 months, I have received leads from a wholesaler who I still keep in contact with. I get leads from him, looks good, and I would love to get this train rolling again. I worked with a potential partner before on some leads but they were very specific on what they would invest which is understandable. How to match myself with the right person to work alongside with the leads I get? Where to start.....?
