Direct Mail Marketing

Good Morning BiggerPockets Peeps,

I'm starting out my REI journey this month. I was explaining direct mail marketing to my wife and we are trying to figure out what is a good amount of money to invest in that portion of the business. I know it differs for everyone and depends on circumstances. I'm starting driving for dollars today and am using an app for mailers. I'd love to hear your suggestions.
