I would love to hear from investors and agents with hundreds of deals and folks with one or two deals. Every piece of advice helps! I am interested in wholesaling, vacation rentals, the brrrr method. I would love to connect with other like-minded people who want to begin investing early and grow together. I am out of the Athens, Georgia area but willing to travel to meet other folks. Hey Thomas! Me and my husband will be moving back toward Athens in the next few months so we can open a gym! We have 6 properties so far in FL and GA, but plan on doing more wherever we end up. We're 28, started at 25 and definitely wish we would've started younger, so good for you!

Hey Thomas! I'm in the ATL/GA market as well. I am in the beginning stages of learning the craft of wholesaling myself. Feel free to reach out, I'm open to working with others to help fine tune and sharpen our collective skills. So far my biggest hurdles have just been not getting bogged down in wanting to know everything right now but taking massive action and learning as I go.
