Starting Out Wholesaling

Hello,

I'm pretty much brand new to wholesaling and am located in Arizona around Phoenix and surrounding areas. I recently read the "Real Estate Wholesaling Bible" by Than Merrill and it gave me great insight as to the overview of wholesaling. I'm diving fully into the wholesaling world and know it's difficult, but I love difficult things and know it'll be a great tool in my toolbelt to have in real estate investing.

Does anyone have any recommendations as to other books or ideas that can help me get started without just throwing my money into mail-marketing and wasting my time since I'm still relatively new to this?

Greetings Austin,

I've seen a number of bandit signs hanging around on light posts and corners in the Phoenix Metro area. Especially near the PHX Sky harbor airport. Perhaps giving these guys a call can help you network with locals? Best of luck!
