I'm Penny and newly active here on BP. I've done some commercial investing and now I'm eager to get started in the residential rental property investment space in the Charlotte area (and beyond). Having done plenty of homework, I'm working on building my network to include real estate brokers, investors, lenders, and contractors.  I appreciate your suggestions and contacts.
