Hi Ron, I just purchased a small STR in Hilton Head and I'm looking for a general contractor to do some renovation. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also, wondering how necessary it will be for me to be local during renovations or if I can do this remotely?

Charlotte is surely on fire. I’m getting calls and letters to sell on a daily basis. Something I’ve not experienced in 30 years here. On the investor side however, it’s extremely challenging to find deals with workable numbers. I’m focusing on surrounding cities now. What’s your experience?
