 My excel experience is limited Im looking for some advice on how to build a spreadsheet for Rental property analysis particularly the Brrr method. What criteria is most useful to be tracking in a spreadsheet, Are there any free templates that exist? Or do a lot of you use the Biggerpockets Calculators for your deals?

@Kyle Donlea

There are some files available in the BP FilePlace. The BP calculators are also very helpful. Personally, I like to create my own spreadsheets so I know that the formulas are correct and scalable for copying and pasting.

Track Cash Flow, Debt paydown, CoC, IRR, etc
