Girlfriend thinks that wholesaling is illegal...

How can I prove to my fiancé ( who is a licensed real estate agent, but specializes in rentals) that wholesaling (without a license) is not illegal? She believes that the amount left at the end is a commission and therefore I must be licensed. How do I straighten this out? I really want to get into real estate but it will not happen without her support.

She's not even your wife yet and she's already controlling your life? Plenty of fish in the sea. You ought might want to throw that one back.
