Starting Out with my real estate business

Hi, my name is Stephen Richard. I am new to the real estate world and I just opened up a real estate investment business and have been watching videos and listening to podcasts about how to start real estate investing, flipping houses, landlordship, etc. I have the legal documents like the application, move-in and move-out forms, pet application, etc. But can someone help me on how to actually start the process in what to ask general contractors, what to say to them, how to go about finding the, close to perfect, realtor, etc? i am stuck and need a little more guidance. I am doing everthing on my own, and up until this moment i've been alright

Why did you open up a real estate investment business before knowing any of these things? And what is it worth to open before you do? You should be learning the answers to those questions every day for about a year to be ready. What is your business? Are you an investor and if so, what kind of capital do you have to deploy? Are you a wholesaling company and if so, how are you going to market and how will you know repair costs and ARV? I am all for going for your dreams, but why are you going into real estate right now? You need to know the answers to those questions to have a business.
