Best places to search for fresh/new real estate leads
Right now as soon as there is a good deal, someone snatches it up, places like zillow, redfin,trulia are pretty much useless, by the time u see a good deal it says pending lol.
Im looking in Phx,az and surrounding areas where real estate prices are crazy right now.
