Oxford, Ohio or Cincinnati anyone?

I am new to investing and would love to sit down and talk with someone who is familiar with the area and can give some advice. I am a student at Miami University and I am absolutely positive real estate is the career for me. BP has been a great resource, but if there is anyone on the forums that is familiar with my area that would be great!
