Where to hang my license?
Hi everyone,
I met an investor agent that hangs his licenses with a property management company in exchange for an agreed upon commission split with cap.
Anyone else doing this?
To me it seems like a good fit for a investment focused agent, that doesn't need to the support of a typical real estate brokerage.
