Quote from @Andrew Garcia:
Hi @Account Closed, you can use the "Find an Agent" tool at the top of the screen to find an experienced and investor-friendly agent near you.
As for the loan, I can refer you to a lender that can help you with the reno loan. Feel free to shoot me a message so that we can exchange information.
Hope this helps! Let me know if I can be of any assistance.
Thanks Andrew, I will check out that tool. As far as the loan, I'm already working with a lender that I'm familiar with.

We are looking to my our primary home using a renovation mortgage loan. If you have experience working with buyers using reno loans drop you info below. Im an agent myself but we are new to the city so an experienced and resourceful agent to work with is very important to us.

@Jorge Abreu my superpower would be liquidity and raising capital.
@Darrell Taylor what market are you looking to invest in? $140K would go a long way in certain markets. For example 20% down on a $200K is only $40K leaving you with around $100K - fees.

Hi everyone,
I met an investor agent that hangs his licenses with a property management company in exchange for an agreed upon commission split with cap.
Anyone else doing this?
To me it seems like a good fit for a investment focused agent, that doesn't need to the support of a typical real estate brokerage.

@Mitchlyn D. I have to admit, finding a good reputable HML is where I get stuck. Are there any important factors that I should consider when deciding to work with any HML?

@Andrew Bang thanks Andrew, I really appreciate you sharing your experience and perspectives. The draw process is also one of the possible requirements of a HML that I don't particularly like. I can fund the renovation myself and keep the work going.
