Good day Realtors of Sioux Falls, SD!

I hope I'm in the right forum for advice. Here's the situation:

A very good friend of mine is looking to buy his first home for him and his family (not an investor) He's been pre-approved, they've found a home they are happy with, and he's asking me for advice on how everything works or to get the best deal. I've been doing my best with what I know, but I don't want to give him incorrect information. Is there anyone in the Sioux Falls area that could meet with his wife and help them out with the information they need as far as realtors and loans go. I feel like the realtor they have now will mostly be in it for the commission and not for their well being. If anyone is willing to help, I know he and his new family would be most thankful!
