Hey guys, I'm looking to possibly invest in Ltr in Columbus OH. I am currently looking for a real estate agent who is VERY familiar with the area and investing in rentals. I do have a home in mind and would like to pitch seller financing possibly. please shoot me a message if you're an agent in the area! thanks
