How to handle owner afraid of tenants?

You as a property manager, how do you usually handle the objection where the homeowner is afraid of renting their home because they're scared that the tenant might stop paying rent?

Then don’t rent it. If you are scared and cannot overcome your fear then don’t do it. If you are afraid of flying do you force yourself to get a pilots license?

The mental wear and tear is not worth it and there are plenty of ways to make $ in this world
