Active Duty Air Force and an active Realtor

Hi everyone, I'm curious if anyone else out there is active military and also doing real estate. I have had my license for almost 2 years and have been doing as much as I can outside of my military duties and travels (deployments, TDYs, etc).

I did 12 transactions last year and only a few this year so far. I'd really love to bump the numbers up - my biggest piece is lead gen. What do you all do besides sphere of influence? (many of my clients are military as well so it comes from SOI). But I am trying cold calling at night and running ads. Considering door knocking in the evenings/weekends.

Appreciate any insight!

Hey Josh, I am Active AF too and just got my license. I have been struggling with lead gen. I recently invested in a coaching program and am finishing up the training. I revamped my schedule to be able to prospect every morning. I am looking forward tracking numbers and setting appointments.

Congrats on the license! Which coaching program did you do and how did you like it? Also where are you located?

I went with Reverse Selling by Brandon Mullrenin, i like the structured approach and accountability. Currently, im finishing up my last cpl years before retirement at the JBMDL, NJ.
