New Agent

Hi all:

I passed the salesperson test last week but I haven't found a broker to work under yet.  I've received several letters from brokerages in the area all of which make a good case to come work for them.  My issue and question to all of you out there is this:

I'm concerned about being nickel and dimed but I'm also concerned about receiving the training and support I'll likely need as a new agent.  Either way I want to work for a broker who focuses on investors.  As a new agent is it better to work for a large brokerage with structured training (and likely a substantial desk fee) or would it be better to work for a smaller one with less/no training where I get to keep more of the commission?

Thanks!

Brett
