I have some questions for any agent doing business in Raleigh, NC interested in making some extra money.

Can sold properties be printed off the MLS? Going back roughly 6 month? For the whole city? If so, email me for possible income opportunity.

Have you used the wakegov.com real estate info? It's wonderful for looking up sales, although it might not be as current as MLS. I check sales on there in neighborhoods I'm looking at all the time.
