1. You don't need a license to work on rentals.

2. Not too sure what kind of hours you can work full time and be an agent. Are you only going to handle your agent things on your off days or weekends? 

3. If you want to wholesale and you have a budget set already, look into outsourcing some of your work if possible. That would help you out a lot. 

4. Some states require you to be licensed in order to wholesale. I'm from NC so I'm not sure about NY.

I brought a 97 Honda Civic for $800. Did a full detail on it, threw some coil overs on it, slammed it, sold it for $2400 the next week. I miss that Honda 😞
