1. Yes sir it is.
2. Yes sir it does. My personal preference is 60-100%.
3. After the third mailing, I personally just space out the mailings. For example, I would mail them maybe once every two months instead of once a month, so fourth and so fourth...
4. You'll be fine, just remember wholesaling is all about the numbers bro. Gotta stick with it see the rewards of things. Good luck with everything.

Yeah, you might want to extend you radius. Plus I think you have to have over 50 addresses to purchase a list.
