I want to try the whole vegan thing but I'm an overseas contractor so I'm pretty much stuck to what they have at the cafeteria. So basically I just eat greens, fruits, nuts, rice, eggs, and grains.

Skip the link... Change your wording slightly for each post... Allow 15 minutes between postings... Do this with all of your accounts... Plus Craigslist is something you fly around when ready, you've told a whole story that will not get read, I can promise you that. Keep things simple, catchy title, and method of contact. Just my two cents from doing this with 10 email accounts and some extra research. There is a short book I read with tons of tips about Craigslist. It might be the wholesale bible, I can't really recall though.

And I hope you've talked the numbers over with them prior to signing anything...

And a title of real estate investor sounding like a rookie? What are we doing then? I'm not sure about you but I INVEST my money and time into REAL ESTATE. So what does that make me? Or maybe I should put the title of a real wholesaler because that makes even more sense to everyone (-_-)

I do think there is still a chance for you to talk to the owner and negotiate the price, nothing is done yet bro. Sometimes you'll have to put earnest money down, just learn to slow down lol. Try to catch quality fish and not just a lot of fish. I'd rather land one big payday than twenty small ones...
