It's a numbers game. Either you send more mailers to more people or send more frequently to the same 31 until you really piss them off...

You'll just have a better chance of find a deal by mailing 310 people compared to 31, just my two cents

I hate when people bash wholesalers! Just because you know a sour apple or two doesn't mean everyone is that way. I don't wholesale to take advantage of people. I wholesale to feed my family, to help others (investors) feed their families, and help sellers continue to feed their families. I hope those who talk down about wholesaler never come across a situation in their lives where they need to sell their property ASAP.

Think about your wording before you post it.

I've seen advertisements on urinal cakes... Caught my attention. Too bad the service wasn't something I needed at the time...

What I'm saying is, if you have the money, its not a waste. We never know what people are going through when they are out and about. The key is to be out there to be seen! I'm sure you'll land  something from a $400 dollar marketing investment, if you can afford it.
