Hi there I'm a relatively new agent in Nebraska. I hang my license at a broker. I have rentals in an LLC with my partner that I manage. I'm wondering what kind of disclosure is necessary for me to give to applicants? My rental business is totally separate from the real estate agent business. Thanks for your feedback!
