Hello everyone,

I just wanted to come on here.  I am one of those people Josh refers to that posts one post, then am never heard from again.  I will say I have been a behind the scenes lurker, but think I was confused on what path I wanted to take to start my real estate journey.  After a failed attempt at an investment property (failure due to confusion), I decided to still work my FT career, but start the process getting my real estate license.  I have finally reached that goal, and am looking to start helping others with their real estate needs.  I am based outside the Kansas City metro area on the Missouri side, and currently have the MO license.  I have started studying and am trying to find a time to sit for the KS testing, realizing that with a FT career in KS, I have a lot of connections on that side of Kansas City.  

I hope to let everyone know more as time progresses.  Just figured I'd give a better introduction than my last post.  I do hope taking this path opens up many other doors for real estate.  I find the industry very fascinating.  And with the BP podcasts, get excited with each show on each avenue that is discussed.
