Selecting a RE Agent for Your Team

I am getting to the point where I am ready to start building my team.  I was wondering what people look for when selecting a good RE agent to work with.  I plan I calling a few, and meeting up in person (taking them out to coffee or lunch) but not exactly what I should be asking them.

Ask them point blank, what is the value that they bring. A good RE agent should know precisely how to answer this.

A good listing agent should have a comprehensive marketing plan. Never pay an agent to simply list your property. Any bum can list something on the MLS.

At the same time, please be sure to inform them of the value that you bring. Neither of us want to waste our time.
