Finding the right people to work with
I've realized real estate investing is very team intensive and I want to start with the right people. How do I know who to work with? I need an agent, lawyer, lender and contractors. So take an agent for example, I know some and some are friends. I don't want to offend any but at the same time I don't want to go with someone just because of a relationship. Do you have any advise?
