Hi, I am a new agent and I am doing my first deal on my current home in Virginia. What if the current home we are putting in an offer on doesn’t appraise for the asking price and is lower, the seller won’t drop the piece, and we already have an offer on our home? Thanks! Wendy

Replied

You expect the seller to repaint their home? No offense but that makes you look like you don't know what you're doing.
