Hey @Kalina C. you've got a pretty large pool in this city. I would suggest preparing your list of questions in advance to start vetting agents...if you have not already. It looks like you're a flipper, so make sure you're connected with an agent that has flipping experience or is an active rehabber that won't compete on deals.

Any agent can sell you a property...but if you want to build a long-term relationship you'll need to find a good fit.

QUESTION 1- DOES YOUR AGENT OWN INVESTMENT PROPERTY? (ESPECIALLY THE ASSET TYPE YOU WANT TO INVEST IN?) QUESTION 2- IS YOUR AGENT VERSED AT PERFORMING COMPREHENSIVE MARKET AND PROPERTY ANALYSIS? QUESTION 3- DOES YOUR AGENT LEVERAGE TECHNOLOGY TO COMMUNICATE AND KEEP TRACK OF DEALS?

QUESTION 4- CAN YOUR AGENT ANALYZE A DEAL?

QUESTION 5- IS YOUR AGENT PROVIDING A QUALITY WALK-THRU VIDEO ON EVERY PROPERTY YOU ARE IN CONTRACT ON?QUESTION 6- DOES YOUR AGENT HAVE RENOVATION EXPERIENCE AND CAN THEY HELP WITH A SCOPE OF WORK?
