Considering becoming a RE agent
I am considering signing up for the course and taking the exam in NY. I am confused about the structure of the business.
Do you become a RE agent first? Then broker?
How do you find a job? Do you have to work under a broker? How do you know what is a good place to work?
If someone can offer some input it would greatly help. TIA
