Anyone have a good idea on where I could find Foreclosure lists or anyone who can connect me with a title agency around the San Diego area. Let me know I would love to connect!

Have you tried First American Title? I haven't used them yet because I'm still new, but someone I connected to on here who is more experienced mentioned them and all my reviews research led me to them too.

@Nathan Smith Attend your local REIA meetings. These meetings present great networking and learning opportunities. I use ListSource for generating leads. Definitely worth looking into this site. This might help too: https://money.usnews.com/money/articles/2008/02/06/5-ways-to-find-deals-on-foreclosed-homes

Good Luck!

Thanks Angel! Are you a local investor here in SD?

I have not but I will certainly check them out! Are you a new or local investor around the SD area?

It has been illegal for title companies in CA to provide foreclosure lists after passage of SB 133 in 2008 (http://leginfo.legislature.ca.gov/faces/billTextClient.xhtml?bill_id=200720080SB133). You may still find a rep that will do it for you though. Your options are to pull notices yourself from the county recorder, or use a service. Your best bet is to find a service that not only can provide the foreclosure notices, but also tracks the auctions (postponements, cancellations, sales, opening bids, etc).

@Nathan Smith I am in SD. I haven't done any deals or anything right now. Just educating myself on the ins and outs of everything. I plan to start attending REIA meetings and local REI meetups soon.
