Is the realtor's comission reduced if the property sells for less

Hello agents, are your commissions reduced if the property sells for less? Lets say a property is listed for 100k you get 3% which is 3k but then the property gets sold for 50k do you still get 3k or 1.5k?

Most agents work on a pure percentage of the sale commission. However not all do. Sometimes it can be a straight flat fee.  Sometimes the commission percentage can vary based on any number of agreed factors.
