How can a wholesaler create an appeal for a Real Estate agent to work with them for finding lists of preforeclosures, foreclosure hotspots in the area, regulations, cash transactions?

@Doug R. The truth is, most agents have access to foreclosures that are listed on MLS, unless they happen to be the agent that represents a specific bank. Once they have the listing, it goes on MLS, and then every other agent has access to it. The only thing an agent can do is put you on a list to be notified of REOs when they hit the market.

Thanks Karen. What would motivate an agent to put me on this list to be notified? What can I do for them as a wholesaler?
