Credit needs work - refinancing
Hey Bigger pockets!
Are there lenders out there that will refinance for investors even if they don't have perfect credit? 580> I'm looking into refinancing loans of mine.
I am specifically looking at reusing my primary and secondary loan so I can reinvest.

if you can have someone else be guarantor of the loan. maybe add them to the LLC. really matters why your credit is the way it is.
