I have purchased a set of 4 properties in Salem NJ and need to refinance them all to pay off private money lenders. Who has a direct lender I can go to?

Try a local bank or credit union. Most DSCR loans have $75k min. Check out scotsmanguide to see if any of those lenders will go that low or blanket the properties.
