Has anyone used Lending Tree?

Has anyone used Lending Tree to compare the LTV from various lenders when considering investing in 2-4 units? I'm curious how lenders compare in terms of the range of Loan to Value they offer on residential multifamily deals. Also, Does anyone know what the maximum loan to value lenders would offer in todays market?
