Search for HML or PML
I'm near Nashville and I was wondering by chance if ANYONE can help me find someone willing to lend to new investors. Sense there's a slim chance that I won't find 100% coverage, I was wondering if using two lenders for my first deal makes any sense. Any help would be appreciated. I don't even mind shadowing someone or if anyone would be willing to help me out. Anything that could help me further my future as a real estate investor.
